Fish and Blake Given Wild Cards

Mardy Fish and James Blake have been given Main Draw Wild Cards to the 2010 Western and Southern Financial Group Masters. With 14 appearances and two trips to the finals between them, Fish and Blake are no strangers to Cincinnati.

Fish will be arriving in Cincinnati on an incredible hot streak. The Florida native has reached the finals in three of the last four tournaments he's played in, winning two (Newport and Atlanta). His best Cincinnati finish came in 2003 when he lost to champion Andy Roddick in one of the most memorable finals in recent memory 4-6, 7-6(3), 7-6(4).

Slowed by a knee injury earlier in the year, Blake got off to a sluggish start this season and will be looking to get back on track in Cincinnati. Blake has played well at the Lindner Family Tennis Center reaching the finals in 2007 (lost to Roger Federer) and reaching the Round of 16 four times (tied for third most among active players).
